Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
We ship all orders with as minimal packaging as possible. All orders are shipped from our premises in Rathnew Co. Wicklow using DPD or An Post. Please allow a processing time of 1-2 business days. Bank Holidays & Weekends are not included as delivery days
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase as long as the product is in perfect condition and in its original packaging; In this case we will be happy to refund or credit the original price of the item. You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach us so we recommend you obtain proof of postage. Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival. We regret that postage, packaging and insurance costs of returns cannot be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If items returned are not in the original packaging, we are unable to accept them for either credit or full refund.
International Delivery
If you order products for delivery outside of the EU, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by local legislation. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We advise that you check the import charges applicable in any country before ordering products to be delivered there.
